How does drag-to-reschedule work?

Click any job block on the calendar and drag it to a different day or time. AirQuote saves the new schedule the moment you drop the block, no confirmation popup or save button.

On mobile, long-press the block to start the drag, then move it to its new slot. Works on phones and tablets.

How does conflict detection work?

AirQuote checks every scheduled job against the others on your calendar. If two or more jobs overlap on the same day at the same time, both get a red outline and the day cell shows an "Overlapping jobs" indicator that matches the legend.

To resolve the conflict, drag one of the overlapping jobs to a different time or day. The red outline disappears the moment the overlap is gone.

How is this different from Google Calendar?

Google Calendar gives you one color per calendar. AirQuote color-codes by job status: Scheduled (blue), In progress (green), Awaiting payment (orange), Completed (gray), Overlapping (red outline).

So a glance at the calendar tells you what's actually happening with each job, not just when it is. Plus every block links straight to the full job in your Job Hub for quotes, contracts, expenses and payments. Google Calendar can't do that.

Does the calendar work on mobile?

Yes. The calendar is fully mobile-optimized. Toggle between week and month view from the toolbar, long-press to drag any job to a different day, tap a block to open the job in your Job Hub.

Can I switch between week and month views?

Yes. The toolbar has a Week / Month toggle on every screen size. Week view shows the day-by-day picture with time slots. Month view gives you the big-picture overview with all your scheduled jobs visible at once.

What happens when I tap a job on the calendar?

It opens the full job in your Job Hub. You see the quote, the signed contract, time logged, expenses, payments and the live profit margin in one panel.

From there you can clock in, log an expense, send an invoice, or reschedule again, without leaving the screen.
